With the AfterSalesPro online platform, you can connect your ERP (Unisoft Capital B.O.S) with TNT/Fedex so you can create and print all vouchers for your order shipments. This is achieved through the automated connection of your ERP to the web services of TNT/Fedex without the use of any other program or tool
Your orders are automatically synced from Unisoft Capital B.O.S to the AfterSalesPro admin panel, from where you can select, create and manage all your shipments. The tracking code of the shipment is generated automatically, while the customer is informed via sms about the shipment so that they can follow its progress in real time.
No Unisoft Capital B.O.S Extension installation is required to connect Unisoft Capital B.O.S with Courier API. The interface is achieved through an API. Creating an account and connecting is free. You are billed based on the total number of monthly shipments (voucher). To send an sms, the pre-purchase of sms credits is required. Request more information about the service or make a request for a free demonstration of the application. In addition, you can connect your e-shop directly with Unisoft Capital B.O.S to fully synchronize orders, products, stock levels, and prices. This ensures that your online store and back-office system stay updated in real time, reducing manual work and errors. Combined with the courier integrations already offered, you can manage your entire e-commerce and logistics workflow from a single platform, achieving faster operations and better customer service.

For our new e-shop we set up AfterSalesPro to handle Logistics sending everything through ACS. This is to replace our old system where we used ACS directly. There is no comparison in the ease, efficiency and error-trapping between the 2 options.
Previously we printed out each order from the system, created the sale and then manually created each and every shipping label (from the printed orders).
With the AfterSalesPro system we are still shipping through ACS but AfterSales picks up the customer details directly (including the amounts for cash on delivery as appropriate) and creates the label automatically once we initiate it. The only manual step we have is to check the customer address and phone details to trap errors prior to creating the labels.
To date the integration with our e-shop software has worked perfectly and the process has been reduced by approximately 70% timewise. Now we couldn't live without it.
